Curve Rewards is a feature designed to help you earn cashback on your everyday spending. You’ll receive offers tailored to your spending history, giving you a personalised experience and a unique set of promotions.

## **How do Rewards Work?**

You’ll find a series of offers in Rewards – just tap the ones you want to use. They’re regularly updated, so if you see an offer you like, don’t delay, make the most of it while you can. 

Offers activated to your Curve card can then be used online or in-store. There’s no limit to the number of active offers you can enjoy at any one time and offers with a "Shop Now" button can be used multiple times.

You’ll find all the details for each offer when you select it. 

The best part? If you’re benefiting from the [1% Curve Cash Program](/1-curve-cashback-retailer-rewards-program-SJJ2cjn_) and you have used an offer from the same retailer, you’ll get both rewards credited to your account, for example:

If you’re a Curve Pay Pro+ or a Curve Pay Pro customer with Amazon selected as one of your 1% Curve Cash retailers, and you have activated a 10% Rewards offer from Amazon, you will earn a total of 11% cashback.

### **Who’s eligible for Rewards?**

At the moment, Curve Rewards are only available to UK Curve customers on all subscription tiers.

### **I don’t like my selection of offers, can you change it?**

No, but you’ll get new offers regularly, so we hope you’ll get you ones you like better!

## **How to activate rewards**

Curve Rewards can be activated and tracked in your Curve Pay app by selecting **LaunchPad > Rewards** and select the offers you like. Activate it on your card or tap shop now.

Not all Curve Rewards needs to be activated - some will always remain active, so all you have to worry about is spending at one of the listed merchants with your Curve card!

You can see all your activated offers by selecting **LaunchPad > Rewards** and tapping “**Active**”

### **When will I receive my cashback?**

Each offer also has its own conditions for you to receive the cashback. You’ll find the conditions on the app screen you see before you activate the offer.

It will take a few days for us to verify your purchase and validate your cashback. 

Once your purchase has been verified, it will appear in “**Pending Rewards**” and be paid out to your Curve Cash card within 21 days.You can learn more about spending your Curve Cash [here](/curve-cash-BJgZVSO3L_).

❗️Travel purchases such as hotels and rental cars will be verified after the booking is completed.

## **Haven't received your Curve Cash?**

If you’re not seeing the cashback you were expecting in your Pending Rewards or your Curve Cash card after 21 days, contact us via your Curve Pay app. We’ll be able to investigate and help you further.
