## **What is Go Back in Time?**

Go Back in Time allows you to move transactions made using your Curve card from one payment card in your Curve app to another. It's free and can be done entirely in the app!

With your Curve card, you can use Go Back in Time to move any purchase under £5000.

## **Which transactions can I move?**

You can move purchases from any account to any account (with the exception of Curve Cash card).

Transactions can only be moved once, and if you Go-Back-in-Time across different currencies, Fx fees may apply, depending on the tier of Curve you're on.

**Heads up:** You can move purchases to accounts where the currency is the same as the original billing amount or the original card used.

## How do I move a transaction?

Tap on the transaction you’d like to move from the “**Wallet**” tab. Can’t find the transaction? You’ll be able to see it in the “**Timeline**” applet by selecting **LaunchPad > Timeline**

**Step 1:** Scroll to the bottom of the transaction and tap “**Go Back in Time**” under “**Transaction Features**”.

**Step 2:** Scroll along the carousel to select the card to which you want to move the transaction. The new card must be verified and in the same currency as either the original card or the currency you were billed in.

**Step 3:** Once you’ve confirmed that you’d like to move the transaction, you’ll see a confirmation screen (along with a slick animation!).

Remember that you can only Go Back in Time once per transaction, so choose wisely!

## **When will you refund me?**

When using Go Back in Time, your bank statement can often be slightly slower to update. You should see the refund appear on your original payment card statement within 1-5 working days.

If you receive a refund for a transaction after you moved it to a different card, we'll automatically refund the new card you selected.

## **Important considerations**

Please note that using the Go Back in Time feature will only affect the fee-free spending limits associated with the month of the original transaction.

For example:

As a Curve Pay Pro tier customer, you used your full fee-free limit of £1000 for International Funding Card transactions in January.

In February, you decide to move a £20 payment made in January from a card issued in the UK to a card issued in the US. This would cause you to experience a 2.9% fee on this transaction, as moving that payment would put your International Funding Card spend for the month of January at £1020. However, your fee-free limits for February wouldn’t be affected.

You can find all fee-free limits listed in our Subscription Schedules ([UK Subscription Schedule](https://cdn.buttercms.com/swBdvU3USACJHYiE6s4H), [EEA Subscription Schedule](https://cdn.buttercms.com/sRQ1ZAgTkuICNQRdaxTS)).
