## **How do I set up my Huawei Wearable with Curve?**

**On your phone:**  
Open Huawei Wallet, select Pay with Curve Pay, and follow the on-screen steps.

**On your watch:**  
Pair your watch with your mobile phone (Huawei, Android, or iOS). Install the Curve Pay app on your watch and enable it in the Curve Pay mobile app (Wearables Applet). Once set up, you can tap and pay directly from your wrist without carrying your phone.

  

## **Availability**

Curve Pay on Huawei wearables is currently available in the United Kingdom, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Poland, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Iceland, and Liechtenstein.

  

## **Eligibility**

Curve Pay works on supported Huawei Watch models with NFC. Availability may vary by model and region.

Huawei Watch payments with Curve Pay also work when paired with both iOS and Android devices using the Huawei Health app.

## **Reporting a Lost or Stolen Huawei Watch**

If your Huawei watch is lost or stolen, you can lock your Curve Pay card via Launchpad → Curve Pay Card → Manage → Lock card. The card can be unlocked at any time once your device is recovered or replaced.

**What should I do if I enter the wrong PIN on my Huawei watch too many times and the device becomes blocked?**

Your Huawei watch has a lock screen delay to protect against incorrect PIN attempts:

1.  If the password is entered incorrectly multiple times:
    
    *   After 5 wrong attempts, you must wait 10 minutes before trying again.
        
    *   After every 3 further incorrect attempts, you must wait 1 hour.
        
    *   After 14 incorrect attempts, you must wait 24 hours for each additional wrong attempt.
        
2.  The watch keeps track of these attempts even after a restart; the count does not reset.
    
3.  If you forget your password, you can restore the watch to factory settings using the Huawei Health app, or tap the “Factory Reset” button on the watch if it is displayed.
    

## **Which PIN to enter at Payment Terminal**

What should you do if you're asked to enter a PIN when paying with a Huawei wearable?

If you're prompted to enter a PIN at the payment terminal, you'll need to enter the **Curve card PIN and not your Huawei watch Pin**. This is the same PIN linked to your Curve card and can be viewed within the Curve app.If you don't know your PIN, please check it in the Curve app before retrying the transaction.

To view your card PIN in the Curve app please follow the steps below:  
\- Tap Launchpad in the bottom right corner.  
\- Select the “Curve Pay Card” applet.  
\- Tap “View PIN"
