## **How to order a new card in-app**

To order a new card, select **Launchpad** > [**Curve Pay Card** a](https://onelink.curve.com/1WAh/w3cfdz2w)nd select the **Replace card** button under the image of your Curve card.

Simply let us know why you need to reissue your card by selecting one of our options (lost, stolen, or damaged…). You may then proceed to confirm your address and we’ll send you a new card in the post right away!

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on where you live, however you can always view the estimated delivery date in your Curve app’s account section. At times postage delays may set your estimated delivery time frame back, however, if you face significant\* delays from your estimated delivery date then do reach out to us.

## Haven't received your card yet?

Unfortunately, we don't currently track card deliveries; if this time has passed and you haven't received your card, you can order a new via the app.

⏰ Remember to allow enough time for your card to be delivered, here are some timeframes to keep in mind:

*   UK customers: 3-5 working days 
    
*   EEA customers: 7-14 working days
    

### **Are there any costs to ordering a new card?**

For Curve Pay, Curve Pay X and Curve Pay Pro customers please note as per our [Terms of Service](https://www.curve.com/legal/terms/), we may charge a £5.99 fee to reissue your Curve Card. This amount goes towards the cost of replacing your card.

For Curve Pay Pro+ customers, please note as per our [Terms of Service](https://www.curve.com/legal/terms/), we may charge a £59.99 fee to reissue your Curve Pay Pro+ card. This amount goes towards the cost of replacing your card.
