## **How do I use LoungeKey with Curve?**

To gain access to the LoungeKey™ network of airport lounges, you'll need to be a **Curve Pay Pro+** subscriber.

There are two ways to access a LoungeKey™ lounge:

* **Sign up online.** Go to [www.loungekey.com/](http://www.loungekey.com/curve) and create a web profile using your Curve Pay Card number. You can use either your **physical or virtual Curve Pay Card**.

* **Download the LoungeKey™ app.** This is the easiest way to view a directory of hundreds of airport lounges available worldwide, as well as details about the facilities each lounge has to offer. You can find the link to download the app here for [**iOS**](https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/loungekey/id808810002?mt=8) & [**Android**](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.loungekey.android&hl=en_GB).

* Once completed, you would be able to view your **barcode in the LoungeKey app.**

When you arrive at the airport, all you need to do is:

* Simply let the lounge attendant know that you're a **LoungeKey** cardholder.

* Present the **barcode in the LoungeKey app** for entry. If you're unable to use the app, you can instead present your **Curve card** for verification (you'll need to have activated your Curve Card). If you have a **virtual Curve Pay Card**, present the **barcode** instead. Your Curve Card must be activated before you can access the lounge.

* You and your travel companions will then be able to gain access at a rate of only £24/€30 per person by paying with your Curve Pay Card. It’s worth noting that for certain lounges, there could be an extra charge. You can find specific lounge costs in the LoungeKey™ app

You must have created an Online Loungekey Profile to gain access to the lounges. Also, if you have a physical Curve card, your card needs to be active and have a verified payment card connected so you can pay the entry fee.

##

## **What about travelling companions?**

Your travel companions are welcome to join you at the discounted guest rate. To add them, simply pay for their lounge entry using your ****Curve Pay card****, either the ****physical card**** or the ****virtual card****.

Typically, there’s no limit to the number of travel companions you can bring along, but some airport lounges may differ. It’s worth checking the guest policy for participating lounges on the [**LoungeKey™ website**](https://www.loungekey.com/curve) before you travel.

For security reasons, the lounge may verify the name of the cardholder against their boarding pass and their ID card/passport, meaning the Curve Pay Pro+ subscriber must be present to be able to access the lounge.
