If you're having difficulties using Curve, didn't receive the level of service you were expecting, or simply want to give us feedback, we'd love to hear from you! The best way to give us feedback is by raising a ticket via your Curve app.

If you prefer to raise a Formal Complaint, please email us at [complaints@imaginecurve.com](mailto:complaints@imaginecurve.com) with the subject line 'Formal Complaint.' To resolve your complaint as quickly as possible, please provide us with the following details:

1.  Your full name
2. The phone number and email address linked with your Curve account
3. A description of the issue you'd like us to address
4. What you would like us to do to put things right

Next steps:

* Our Complaints Team will acknowledge your Formal Complaint within 3 business days
* We aim to resolve any Formal Complaints as quickly as possible, this usually is within 15 business days.

If you wish to take your complaint further, you can ask the Financial Ombudsman Service to look into it for you.

The Financial Ombudsman is a free, independent service for resolving disputes between customers and financial services institutions. You'll need to contact them within 6 months of our final response letter – and they'll ask to see the letter as a summary of our investigation of your complaint.

You can contact them:

* Via post: Financial Ombudsman Service, Exchange Tower, London, E14 9SR.
*   Telephone: 0800 023 4567 or 0300 123 9123.
* Or you can visit [**their website**](https://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/consumers/how-to-complain) for more information.
