## **General Questions**

**I received an email about Samsung Pay+ moving to Curve Pay — is it legitimate?**

Yes, we can confirm that the email is genuine. Samsung and Curve are officially ending their partnership, and we’re contacting customers to help them move their Samsung Pay+ account to Curve Pay.

To verify the message:

* The email is sent **from Curve** and **Samsung** official domains

* This announcement will also be visible in the Samsung Pay wallet under the "Whats new tab"

If you’re ever unsure, please contact our support team directly through the **Curve app** before taking any action!

**What if I do not want to move across to Curve?**

If you’d prefer not to move to Curve Pay, you can cancel your account at any time in the Curve Pay app.

## Migration & Technical Issues

**How can I migrate to Curve?**

You’ll have received an email from Samsung and Curve advising you of the partnership ending. In this email, you’ll find the link you need to move your account to Curve. If you haven’t received this email, please contact support through your in-app chat and we’ll be happy to help.

**The migration link in the email isn’t working — what should I do?**

In the first place, please try deleting and reinstalling the Curve app to ensure you’re using the latest version. Once reinstalled, log in again and follow the migration link from your email to complete the process.

**I can’t migrate because I’m using an iPhone. What should I do?**

At the moment, Samsung Pay+ customers won’t be able to complete the migration using an iOS device, as Samsung Pay is only supported on Android.

If you’re seeing this issue, please try completing the migration on a supported Samsung or Android device instead. Once you’ve successfully moved to Curve Pay, you can still use your Curve Pay card and app on iOS afterwards.

**I can’t access the migration email on my phone — how can I migrate?**

The migration link is a mobile deep link and must be opened on a phone with the Curve app installed. It won’t work on a laptop or desktop. If you can’t access your email on your phone, try forwarding it to another email address or messaging app that you can open on your mobile instead.

##

## Cards & Payments

**What about my current Samsung Pay+ card — will it continue to work?**

Yes, your Samsung Pay+ card will continue to work until 31 December 2025, even if you choose not to move to Curve Pay.

**My card is due for renewal before 31 December — will I receive a new Samsung Pay+ card?**

No, from 6th October 2025, we will no longer renew or reissue Samsung Pay+ cards. When you move to Curve Pay, we’ll issue you a new Curve Pay card, which you can add to your Samsung Wallet.

**My Samsung Pay+ card was lost, stolen, or damaged — can you reissue it?**

Curve is ending its partnership with Samsung, and from 6th October, 2025 we’ll no longer be issuing or reissuing Samsung Pay+ cards. If your Samsung Pay+ card is lost, stolen, or damaged, we won’t be able to provide a replacement. To continue using your card services without interruption, you’ll need to switch over to Curve Pay.

**What happens to my Samsung Pay+ card after I move to Curve Pay?**

After you migrate, you’ll immediately get virtual card details, which you can add to your Samsung Wallet immediately. You can find your new card details in the **Account** section of the Curve app.

If you’ve requested a physical one, you'll get your new Curve Pay card within 3–5 working days!

**Why was my old Samsung Pay+ suspended after I migrated?**

If your old Samsung Pay+ card was deactivated after migrating to Curve Pay, it happened because your previous Samsung Pay+ card only had virtual details.

Once your migration is complete, your new Curve Pay card becomes your active card. You can re-add it to your Samsung Wallet straight away to continue making payments.

##

## Benefits, Plans & Curve Flex

**Will I be placed on the same plan?**

Yes, you’ll be matched to the equivalent Curve Pay plan:

* If you’re a Samsung Pay+ customer, you’ll move to Curve Pay and continue enjoying the same benefits.

* If you’re a Samsung Pay+ Premium customer, you’ll move to Curve Pay Pro with all the same benefits.

**Will I retain my current benefits?**

Yes, you’ll keep all the benefits you currently have with your Samsung Pay+ account. On top of that, you’ll gain access to additional perks, such as:

* The ability to choose from all of our Curve tiers, including Curve X and Curve Pay Pro+

* Support for provisioning your cards across all wearables supported by Curve

This way, you’ll enjoy everything you already know and love, plus even more flexibility and features.

**Will my transaction history still be available when I move to Curve?**

Yes, your full transaction history and current settings will be preserved once you move to Curve Pay, so you’ll be able to view all previous transactions in the app as usual and you won’t need to reconfigure your account. Everything will carry over seamlessly.

**What if I have an outstanding balance or Curve Flex repayments owed?**

There will be no change to Curve Flex, it will continue to be available in the Curve Pay app. Your credit line and any existing loans will automatically transfer to Curve Pay.

We’ll keep collecting repayments from your selected card as normal, and as long as your account continues to meet our policy, you’ll still be able to take out new loans. Any existing obligations remain under your current credit agreement.
